COSTS / TERMS / CONDITIONS / REFUND POLICY
We require 3 staggered payments of the estimated costs to confirm your booking and secure your bike.
One third to be paid mid November, second third in mid March, and the last and final payment in mid June.
This will be refundable up to 30 days prior to departure minus a $500nzd admin. fee and any non-refundable costs.
Your Full payment of the balance needs to be paid at this time and then we will send you what we call "The Bible" it is your day to day itineray with the tips of riding in America, what to take etc.
After 30 days prior to departure monies are non refundable but can be claimed on your travel insurance.
NUMBERS POLICY
Ideally we ride with a limited number of bikes. ie, 10 bikes & your guides bike per tour group.
We do this so as to maximise your experience, have fun, be stress free & safety is key. You don't have to think, just turn up & ride- easy!
